When making an appointment for the first time we will need to take contact information and also a brief description of why you would like to see us.

We will need to have a list of medication and a full medical history will be taken at your appointment.

The Podiatrist will make an initial assessment including vascular and neurological assessment and also assess gait and footwear as much as possible within the appointment which also includes treatment of presenting condition. Following this appointment a treatment plan will be discussed.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Payment will be taken prior to your first appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hrs notice we will be unable to refund the fee. 

If we have 48hrs notice of cancellation then we will be able to refund in full.
